Rates

  • Non-profit & community $35 / hour
  • General rental $50 / hour
  • Classes & performances $65 / hour
  • Productions & private events Custom quote
  • Open weekends after 4 PM in fall & winter; most weekday evenings and all weekends in summer.
  • One-hour minimum (three hours for events), plus a small refundable deposit.
  • A short agreement to sign; events and shoots need proof of insurance.
